A Wormhole to Blooming Fantasies

Hung Yi’s outdoor sculpture exhibition “A Wormhole to Blooming Fantasies” is on view at Taipei’s Nanhai Academy. Twenty works are dispersed throughout the outdoor spaces of three buildings—the Nanhai Academy, the National Museum of History, the National Art Education Museum, and the National Taiwan Craft Research and Development Institute —blending seamlessly with the surrounding architecture and landscaped greenery. Visitors can engage with the sculptures up close, fully showcasing the lively, approachable, and life-affirming qualities that define Hung Yi’s work and make it widely accessible to the public.
